lol
it would appear that we are famous! A customer popped by yestererday to say that he was listening to real radio on friday of last week and the dj was giving clues as to where the real radio renegade was (a radio station competition of the station which was formerly century fm) and one of the clues they gave was that they were by cafe taylors!! Yea, we are becoming a national landmark!!
Hope you have been enjoying the sunshine we have been experiencing of late. We have had a real surge of customers wanting smoothie and OJs to take away and have a walk down the park or to take to a friend and enjoy. You all seem to have your favourites and there is no convincing you to try anything other!!!

The month of May has just begun and we have been enjoying the bright, but cool weather and makng the most of the bank holidays by getting on top of maintainence jobs and experimenting with new recipies on friends and family.
One of the most popular things we have sold this week is Bevs apple roasted veg, which has been a spring variation on our regular market roasted vegetables that you can enjoy warmed on a bagel or jacket potato or filled in a wholemeal sandwich or wrap!
Our task for this week is finalising the 2009 Vegetarian week menu for the week commencing 18th May, so please do get in touch if you have any recipies, ideas or comments to make as a fellow foodie or veggie

phew! glad that’s over, spot check from the environmental health officer last week, which is something that can happen at any time and we must always be ready and vigilent! All passed off well and we are deemed fit to remain serving you the healthiest food in the town
We have certain criteria that we must meet to a set standard, along with recommended aspects of food safety and cleanliness which we must adhere to as part of an ongoing assessment by Chorley council.
Things seemed to have progressed in recent years, after talking to caterers who have been in the business a number of years, as issues such as healthy eating and allergy awareness are addressed. Cafe Taylos is proud to be guided under these regulations for your benefit as our valued customers

Here at Cafe Taylors we’re always on the hunt for new and exciting recipes for use both in the cafe, and for sharing on the website.
Especially with Christmas coming up, we want to know what finishing touches you make to your Christmas specialities so they’re received with grining faces
Looking forward to hearing from you all,

Hello! I hope you are all well and keeping wrapped up warm.
It won’t be long before it’s winter and we all have a valid excuse to snuggle up with soup and a hot chocolate.
In the mean time, there have been a few changes in the Cafe. We’ve spruced up the menu and introduced some new delicious options for you all, tried to include more local produce and we’re featuring some new photographs of Chorley on our walls.
I’d love for you to pop in and let me know your comments.
I’m really looking forward to Halloween; we’ve got some lovely autumnal ‘haunted’ treats and goodies for you to try, so I hope to see you soon!

Cafe Taylors is 1 year old today!!!
I don’t believe how far we’ve come. I’d like to thank everyone for all their help in making the Cafe such a success over this past year. It’s a real achievement when you look back and see how the building once was (before renovation), and how the business has grown as I look round and see all the happy customers.
With your support we’re growing not only older, but wiser, so hopefully year 2 of Taylors will be an even bigger hit.
Looking forward to seeing you soon for a smoothie or a spot of tea to celebrate,
Love Sally x

Well, believe it or not, we’re soon coming up to Cafe Taylor’s 1st Birthday!!
The cafe opened it’s doors to visitors on Sept 4th 2007, and we’ve been rushed off our feet ever since.
There have been so many changes over the past year, I just hope we’ve managed to cater to all your needs and give you a welcoming, friendly environment to meet/eat/greet in
